                        thuma. app and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using
                        the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
                    1. Service Overview
                    thuma. is a delivery platform for parcels, food, documents, and more,
                        operating via a network of registered motorcyclists ("Couriers") and Customers who request
                        deliveries. The platform connects Couriers and Customers but does not directly handle the
                        delivery transactions.
                    2. Payment and Credit System
                    
                        - Cash-Based Transactions: All deliveries are paid for in cash upon delivery.
                            thuma. does not facilitate or process online payments for
                            deliveries.
 
                        - Courier Wallet Credits: Couriers must top up their thuma. wallet to receive delivery requests. Service fees are
                            deducted automatically from the wallet after each successful delivery.
 
                        - Mobile Money Top-Up: Wallet credits can be added using EcoCash mobile
                            money. It is the courier’s responsibility to ensure their wallet has sufficient balance to
                            continue receiving delivery requests.
 
                    
                    3. WhatsApp Chatbot Usage
                    thuma. provides a WhatsApp chatbot that serves both Couriers and
                        Customers. By interacting with the chatbot, you agree to the following:
                    
                        - Customers can request deliveries directly via WhatsApp without downloading the app.
 
                        - Couriers can receive marketing material, referral links, and engagement updates through the
                            chatbot.
 
                        - Both users may receive automated messages including but not limited to feature updates,
                            account status, rewards notifications, and reminders.
 
                        - Chatbot usage is subject to availability of the WhatsApp platform and may be limited based
                            on system capacity or maintenance.
 
                    
                    4. Courier Requirements and Conduct
                    
                        - All Couriers must submit valid identification and vehicle information before being activated
                            on the platform.
 
                        - Couriers must maintain professional behavior and adhere to local traffic laws while
                            completing deliveries.
 
                        - thuma. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any courier
                            account found to be in violation of these terms or involved in misconduct.
 
                    
                    5. Referral and Gamification
                    
                        - thuma. may reward Couriers for referring new users to the
                            platform. Referral rewards are credited to the courier’s wallet in the form of usable
                            credits.
 
                        - Couriers may also earn points through gamification features like leaderboards and
                            milestones, which can be converted into wallet credits.
 
                    
                    6. User Responsibilities
                    
                        - Customers must ensure accurate pickup and drop-off details are provided when requesting a
                            delivery.
 
                        - Couriers and Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and device
                            access.
 
                        - Any misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral system,
                            may lead to account termination.
 
                    
                    7. Limitation of Liability
                    thuma. acts as a facilitator between Couriers and Customers. We are
                        not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from delivery activities. All parties
                        use the platform at their own risk.
                    8. Changes to Terms
                    thuma. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and
                        Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes your acceptance
                        of the revised terms.
